How long does the shipping take?
Shipping time may vary depending on type of shipment (LCL or FCL) and the origin and destination locations. For a general idea, international shipments will take between 6 to 12 weeks.
How much does it cost?
Prices are based on the volume of your shipment and locations at origin and destination.
To give you an idea the minimum price for LCL shipments is $2,500 and for FCL shipments is $8,000.

What information do I need to provide in order to get a price?
In order to provide a price we will need a few basic details, such as:
- Full addresses at origin and destination- This allows us to calculate fees such as long carry and parking permits and shuttle.
- Inventory list of the items you plan to ship- Since international shipping prices work based on volume of the shipment, the more accurate you will be with the list, the more accurate our estimate will be.
- Legal status at destination (e.g., returning citizen, work permit, student visa etc…)
- Date of move
What shipping options do I have?
When it gets to international shipments you have 2 options, LCL or FCL:
LCL-Less than Container Load- fits best if you are looking to ship a small number of pieces.
FCL- Full Container Load- for bigger shipments and cars.
There are a few container sizes. Your relocation specialist will advise the correct size for you based on your shipment
How long before do I need to book?
In order to have a stress free move, allow yourself a few weeks before your move date to get everything in order.
Does my price include insurance?
All shipments include the basic insurance.
For more insurance options, consult your relocation specialist.
What does the price include and exclude?
Our basic estimates include our excellent door to door service. Packing of boxes is excluded but you can always ask for us to add it.
How much taxes will I pay at the destination?
Taxes are not something we can estimate, it depends on the size and value of the shipment and on the consignee’s legal status at the destination country.
Can I ship a vehicle?
Yes, please have all the information about your vehicle ready for your relocation specialist so s/he can provide you with all options and prices.
Can the car I am shipping have some personal items?
No, all vehicles have to be completely empty of all personal items. The only thing allowed will be a baby car seat.
Will the movers at the destination unpack my items?
Yes, the movers at the destination will reassemble your furniture and put everything back in place. If you add it to your move, they will also unpack your boxes to the first flat surface.
